Was watching this adaptation of ‘Panchayat’ in Prime in Tamil from original Hindi. There was this cruel joke: the secretary of the panchayat office goes to TASMAC to get himself a liquor bottle. The shopman asks him whether he is IT staff. He says he works for government. So the salesman quips, ‘so you are government staff like me?!’ How is this. Shame of Tamil Nadu! The nerve these guys have to give lecture or represent us Tamils. Stalin or Udayanidhi DON’T REPRESENT ENTIRE TAMIL NADU OR TAMIL POPULATION.
