How Hindus proved the exact location of the birth of Shri Ram in the Supreme court.
The truth that no media ever told –
● A Stone Pillar ● An Incomplete Map ● An Ancient Book ● And a Divine Intervention
1902, Ayodhya
A British officer named only as ‘Edward’ does a survey of all 148 Teertha Sthalams of Ayodhya based on the Skanda Puranam. He notifies his survey by erecting Stone Boards (Pillar) with numbers in each of the Teertha Sthalams.
“Penalty of Rs 3000 and 3 years of jail if anyone removes these pillars”.
After 117 years these Pillars would play an important role in India’s history.
2005, Lucknow
Lawyer P.N.Mishra was going by car from Lucknow to Calcutta along with with Swami Avimuktheswarnanda. He loses his way and ends up reaching Ayodhya.
In Ayodhya, he meets a Sadhu and during the course of general conversation, he asks how many Teertha Sthalams are there in Ayodhya.
The Sadhu replies – there are 148 Teertha Sthalam in Ayodhya.
P.N.Mishra asks the Sadhu how he knows exact numbers. The Sadhu tells him that in 1902 a Britisher named Edward erected pillars on all these 148 places. Then the Sadhu goes on to explain how in 1980, a historian named Hans Bakker came to Ayodhya, did a survey, wrote a book about the city, and created 5 maps of Ayodhya.
Surprised P.N.Mishra asks him to show those stone boards (pillars) erected by Edward. There, he sees an interesting stoneboard – Pillar #100.
Pillars #100 was located in a 8 feet deep well along with an idol of Lord Ganesha.
After seeing the pillars, P.N.Mishra leaves for Calcutta.
2019, Supreme Court of India
Proceedings of Ram Janmabhoomi lawsuit is going on. Hindus are facing a tough time to prove the exact location of the birthplace of Bhagwan Ram.
The ASI report proved that there was a temple dating back to the 12th century under the Babri Mosque, but the report failed to prove that it was the exact birthplace of Bhagwan Ram.
The CJI (Chief Justice of India) asks – “Do you have any evidence to prove the exact location of the birthplace of Ram?”.
P.N.Mishra, who is the lawyer from Sant Samaj replies – “Yes, the evidence is available in the Skanda Puranam.”
The Skanda Puranam is an ancient Hindu scripture. It is the ancient document that maps all the important places of Hindu pilgrimage. It has geological locations of all Hindu Teertha Sthalams.
The exact location of the birthplace of Bhagwan Ram is mentioned in the Vaishnav Khand / Ayodhya Mahatamya.
It says “To the West of the Sarayu river, there is Vighneshwar, in North East of this spot is the exact place of birth of Bhagwan Ram – it is located East of Vigneshwar, North of Vasistha and West of Laumasa”
CJI: “We cannot understand the language used in the Skanda Puranam. Do you have any map that we can understand?
P.N.Mishra: _”Yes. There is a book by historian Hans Bakker which has maps that were created on the basis of the Edward stoneboards (pillars), which in turn were placed on the basis of the Skanda Puranam.
CJI asked P.N.Mishra to submit the book with maps immediately.
This new evidence creates an absolute sensation in court.
● Skanda Puranam mentions the exact location of the birthplace.
● Edward erected 148 stoneboards on the basis of Skanda Puranam.
● Hans Bakker prepared map on the basis of those 148 stoneboards.
So it was complete correlation. But there was a problem…
If we go by the Skanda Puranam, it says that the exact birth place of Bhagwan Ram is North East of Vignesh. But the map by Hans Bakker did not mark it very clearly. So, by that map, the location of Bhagwan Ram’s birthplace was not matching exactly.
And then comes the entry of the star witness of the case – Shankaracharya Avimukterwarnanda.
P.N.Mishra called the Shankaracharya and asked to resolve this mystery.
The Shankaracharya visited Ayodhya and solved the mystery.
Avimuktheswarnanda was witness number DW 20/02. He informed the Supreme Court that the ‘Vignesh’ mentioned in the Skanda Puranam is not the Vigneshwar temple shown in Hans Bakker’s map.
Rather, Vignesh is Pillar #100 where an idol of Lord Ganesha (also known as Vignesh) is located inside a well.
When we take Pillar #100 as Vignesh, the mystery gets resolved.
North East of Pillar #100 is the exact same location where Hindus claims Bhagwan Ram was born; and that location satisfies all other identification criteria as well.
Justice Chandrachud smiled and said – “These guys just proved it, they have done it”.
The testimony of Avimukteshwarananda changed the case and the Muslim side knew that they have lost the case. The only way to save their case was to prove the Shankaracharya’s testimony as wrong.
The Muslim side asks for permission to cross examine the Shankaracharya.
15 lawyers from the Muslim side do the cross examination of Avimukteswarananda for the next 10 days. The Shankaracharya gives brilliant replies to all their questions while all the 5 judges kept listening to him.
After 10 days, the Muslim side finally surrenders.
Thus, on the basis of the Skanda Puranam, Edward’s Stoneboard Pillars, the Hans Bakker map and Swami Avimukteshwarnanda’s testimony, the Supreme court gives a judgement in favour of Hindus!
We Hindus think that we got Ram temple only due to K.K.Muhammad’s ASI report. While the ASI report played an important part, the actual turning point in the case came from our beloved ancient book – the Skanda Puranam – and our religious Gurus who studied these books and decoded them.
The name “Skanda Puranam” is mentioned 77 times in the Supreme Court judgement.
Hindu were losing the case in court till 2009. Then, lawyer P.N.Mishra was appointed by the Shankaracharya in 2009.
P.N.Mishra said that if he had not lost his way in 2005 to Ayodhya, and had not met that Sadhu, he could have never proved the birthplace of Bhagwan Ram in court.
I am convinced that it was divine intervention.

I missed to save this video in Tamil by someone where the man/astroloter/yogi spoke very intelligibly about Ram’s return and on Modiji. And then he is a yogi as well – his Yogic practices are well known. That gives him not only the physical strength but also the mental balance and confidence. And ofcourse he is a devout, pious Hindu. Why should he not be? The way he observed the ‘anushtaan’ for 11 days and the way he hopped from temple to temple around India from Puri Jagannath to Tirumala Tirupathi to Guruvayur to Sri Rangam on way to Rameshwaram to bring the holy water from 22 kunds and the Indian ocean there for Shri Rama in Ayodhya was not just a terrific feat but also extremely humbling to all of us. What stopped the previous prime ministers of India from delivering Ram to us all these years. They had their chance. What they lacked was the intention and the courage and willpower.
Shri Narendra Modi is an avatar purush to us Hindus around the world. He is a tool. He became the willing tool in the hands of Lord Ram who decided to return to Ayodhya precisely today. I am a believer and I don’t think this is in your hands or my hands. This is Ram’s choosing. The way he became emotional moved us, those glued to our tv sets, to tears.
Ayodhya happened naturally. But from even before, ever since he became our prime minister, Modi has been visiting every single ancient temple throughout the length and breadth of India including Vaishno Devi, Kedarnath and Badrinath, high in the Himalayas. Ram Janam Bhoomi is mere culmination of this nonstop teertha yatra, like the crowning glory. The court case was won. Winning the legal battle paved the way for Ram mandir construction.
When Pakistanis have the audacity to claim even the Kohinoor which originally adorned Mother Goddess Badrakali of Warangal, before passing through many hands of thieves to land finally with the British royalty, what more can you expect from them.
In contrast, the Congress anti-nationals visited Babur’s tomb – from Nehru to Indira Ghandy and Rajiv Ghandy and even Rahul Ghandy. Perfectly understandable that they were muslim by birth which is why they could not bring themselves to visit Ram Janam Bhoomi. Well why is not Guardian mentioning the reclamation of mosques by Spain? Or why is there no mention of the Hagia Sofia takeover by islamists in Turkey who so easily turned the cathedral into mosque very recently.
Ayodhya to India/Hindus is like Vatican to Catholics and Mecca to Muslims. The islamic barbarians who invaded India razed and desecrated over 48,000 ancient Hindu temples which are all documented and whose details are preserved for generations meticulously by Hindus. The reclamation just started! There are Christian nations in the world, islamic nations in the world, even Buddhist so why not a single Hindu nation. India/Bharat is the origin of Sanatan Dharm (Hindu faith). Hindu Dharma is the only NATIVE, continuous and unbroken civilization surviving today in the world for over a 10000 years to the least. No founders for Hinduism. No Bible or Quran. No Vatican or Mecca. Even Ayodhya is one of the holy places out of many. It acquires significance being the birth place of Lord Ram. The islamic marauder Babur desecrated our lord’s birth place and the vigraha and built mosque exactly on the spot most revered to Hindus. 500 years later, justice is served. Now see the condition of the islamic nations. Except the oil rich Arab that are not more than a dozen in number, rest is JUNK. Even nations and cultures have Karma. Ram Janam Bhoomi is not new. It has been a flashpoint between Hindus and Muslims for 500 years now with Hindus franctically wanting to reclaim the janma bhoomi of our Lord Ram. We needed someone fair and just and strong=willed and patriotic like Shri Modi to finally clinch what is ours legally, ethically, morally back from the usurpers. The much beneficial legal arsenal was contributed by ordinary Hindus from all walks of life that bolstered the case for the Mandir reclamation. It would have brought the Indian muslims enormous goodwill had they given up Ram Janam Bhoomi on their own accord. After all, we Hindus were footing their Haj pilgrimage subsidy until very recently, by way of our taxes. Who pays taxes honestly except again for the Hindus. We all are aware who are the hawala guys.

Overdependency on Islamic nations can render us economically vulnerable to them. No Arab or Muslim can be without an agenda when it comes to India, the Hindu majority nation. We are the sore reminder to them that we defy them with our existence and survival. Finally they are one Umma. When world condemned the epicenter of global terror Pakistan for hiding Obama and for arming and training terrorists and carrying out terror attacks around the continents from Asia and Europe to America and Australia, Malaysia was still doing business with Pakistan. Never mind, India is a major trade partner with Malaysia and that the Malaysian population constitutes of 7% ethnic Indians among others. Not a single islamic country in the world has ever condemned Pakistan for their export of terror ON RECORD.
Well, having said that, it will be a miracle if Maldives survives the next 100 years or even 10 years. Maldives will be one of the earliest nations on earth to be swallowed by the oceans in near future.
As the row between Maldives and India intensifies over some useless tweets posted by insignificant political people of the island nation Maldives that is going to go down under the seas within next 100 years or even before the next tsunami strikes, I want to share a piece of my mind regarding Lakshadweep islands, off Kerala coast.
Lakshadweep islands in the Arabian sea are the union territories of Republic of India. Long back in my school days they were in news when Rajiv Gandhi vacationed there with Sonia when he was our PM. One cartoon from Illustrated Weekly on Rajiv I still remember from those days! Well that used to be my favourite weekly. Or was it fortnightly? I loved this cartoonist Mario Miranda who did caricatures on Rajiv in Lakshadweep. After that, its Modi’s turn now to step on to the islands. Lakshadweep islands also figure in Mallu pictures routinely with their fish markets, etc.
For me, Lakshadweep assumed huge prominence in my limited intellect when I read this book ‘At the feet of living things’ written by one Aparajitta Dutta and others. The book is a series of essays on 25 years of wildlife research and methodical conservation efforts in India. The published papers also include a couple on coral reefs off Lakshadweep islands that are dying a slow death like in rest of the oceans. The atolls are a total biodiverse ecological system. We have a very fragile marine ecosystem in and around Lakshadweep which could be on the verge of collapse already , thanks to relentless fishing and tourism industry that brings in environmental degradation with it. Endangered species like the dugongs too make the shelfs along the archipelago their home. Then there are the olive ridleys. These are besides the corals that are bleaching white. The bleaching of corals has been contagious now for decades in every single ocean on earth. The seagrass meadows are the carbon capturers under the oceans that clean up our atmosphere and give us the much needed breathing air. Research scholars in India go out of the way to pool funds and support nature conservation. The National Conservation Foundation (NCF) plays a vital role as an NGO helping with fundings and research which will go a long way in maintaining the precious ecological balance in India. Their prime concern is to stop forthwith or at least slow down environmental degradation that is happening at an alarming pace. At this rate, none of the future generations will be able to walk around Lakshadweep or go for snorkelling the way Modi ji was seen doing in the Lakshadweep islands.
I AM REQUESTING OUR PRIME MINISTER MODI JI TO READ THIS BOOK ‘AT THE FEET OF LIVING THINGS’ WHOLLY TO UNDERSTAND WHY I REGRET HIS LAKSHADWEEP VISIT AND THE PUBLICITY THAT SURROUNDED THE EVENT. May the Maldives win the battle. India with her conservation efforts can win the war eventually.
What a flurry of activity in social media on Maldives/Lakshadweep. Why such a reaction to Maldives comments. You may disregard and choose not to react. Why should the travel companies cancel their bookings. Whose loss is it anyway. Why the scathing attack on Makemytrip. These people are answerable to their clients. Their loyalty to their their feeding hands is business ethics.
Comments on Modi by Maldives ministers must be taken at diplomatic level. This trial by social media and mass media is not only awkward but sounds immature for a profound democracy like India.
May Lakshadweep be left alone. We have Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius, Bali, Langkawi, Hawaii etc., etc., for beachside vacations. Lakshadweep are precious. More tourists will KILL Lakshadweep way too sooner and completely nullify the good and sustaining and consistent efforts put forth by our research scientists in conserving our ocean wealth. WHEN SHALL WE START LOOKING AT LONG TIME GAIN OVER SHORT TERM PROFITS.
Andaman and Nicobar Islands of India also enjoy a special status when it comes to conservation, with most parts protected. The Andamans also boasts of the world’s only aboriginal tribe surviving to this day even if their numbers have come down drastically: the Jarawas.
Conservation is not a single day affair. Conservation is a long term commitment requiring resources, research and dedication in equal measures.
WHY IS MAINTAINING AND UPKEEP OF A HEALTHY MARINE ECOSYSTEM IMPORTANT? For novices, it may come as a complete surprise to learn that the seagrass meadows absorb the excess carbon from our atmosphere. They are our ozone cleaners. We breathe thanks to our marine life. The oceans are our oxygen pumps.
May our government close the doors on Lakshadweep for good barring the locals and business people from Kerala with vested interests/ties in the islands. This will do India good in the long run. I did not get to see a single sensible post on Lakshadweep in the media/social media – which exposes the halfbaked knowledge of the paid journalists. For them, anything that can be sensationalized will butter their bread nicely, that’s all. News is for TRP ratings. The irresponsibility of the media and jingoistic public reaction with the social media superheroes going ballistic over Maldives is nothing short of despicable.
The chardham project already has seen a cave-in. Unlike other mountains, Himalayas rose out of volcanic eruptions on the movement of tectonic plates causing earthquakes. The Himalayan region is a very sensitive seismic spot. Go against nature, you will pay dearly with life and loss of property that shall take too much resources and time to rebuild. Kedarnath floodings are another proof.
I appreciate our PM Modi ji for his zeal and enthusiasm – after all he is human even if prime minister. It is heartwarming to see him post pictures of temples and forests and mountains and seas and missiles and parades and science labs and tech industries. He is flying sorties, he is snorkeling, he is trekking habbada! But I guess that this one time, his Lakshadweep venture backfired. May be he is not yet aware of what a damage his Lakshadweep posts could do. There will be a chain reaction: more footfalls, more crass commercial tourism and finally DEATH OF LAKSHADWEEP, DEATH OF THE CORAL REEFS OF INDIA, EXTINCTION OF ENDANGERED SPECIES SUCH AS OLIVE RIDLEYS, DUGONGS ETC., ETC. Should Lakshadweep be opened up, expect the shit to hit the fan. All will be over in under twenty years with Lakshadweep gangraped and cast off after misuse and disrespect. It runs a shiver down my spine. I feel such a sadness clutch my heart as I envision what is going to happen to Lakshadweep…
RESPONSBILITY: You know this is such a powerful word. We in this generation are eating into our next generation’s health and wealth – anybody gets it. The man who took over the elephant corridor stealing government forest lands calls himself Sadhguru. The yogi who encroached into and took over rainforests in east India for his ayurvedic multi million company calls himself a sanyasi. The jogis minting millions owning corporations can happen only in India. This is India. This is also Hindu Dharma is it not. Finally when all is done and dusted, hopefully our children and grandchildren who may never get to see a single tree or elephant will have the coins and currency notes to eat for lunch and dinner.

Before I come to the matter, I have this to say. I have watched some interviews/speeches of yours over years where you have spoken about losing your parents at a younger age. In one very recently you spoke about your maternal grandfather which is rare. Mostly you make mention of your paternal grandfather only. So I was surprised to learn that he worked in Mangalore for a brief time as an engineer. Let me make one more thing clear: I am not celebrity obsessed. I don’t follow any of them. I don’t cling to their words or actions. Since you flood social media, sometimes we are forced to look up the catchy phrases.
During my recent visit to Mangalore I had the lucky chance of discussing your maternal grandfather with my friend’s mom who is a septuagenarian. This retired lady teacher knew your grandfather personally. May be you have heard about him from someone earlier. But when we accidentally hit upon the subject, aunty spoke about one Shri Iftiqar Ahmed who was your maternal grandfather. She also spoke about your mother who was then a little girl. She knew them personally. Your grandfather then worked for NMPT, the New Mangalore Port Trust in a senior position. So he was also in the board of aunty’s school as chairman or whatever capacity. NMPT were the founders of KV, Suratkal. So their top men also doubled up as board president in KV. At that time, NMPT was owned by Mallya group. Now I am told they are Zuari’s. Aunty has fondest memories of your grandfather. She said he was a gem, GEM, a very very kind and decent soul – WHICH IS WHY YOU ARE WHO YOU ARE TODAY. She says you are a good man, she believes you are a good human because of your grandfather. She has such an affection and respect for your family. They were originally from Delhi she said, but were on transfer in Mangalore.
Would you like to talk to aunty in person? I told aunty I would tweet you but I have had two or three twitter accounts all deleted. Plus I cannot explain myself to you in that very brief medium. Moreover my privacy matters. Here I don’t have much visitors even if I blog in public. Still I am sure, if this must reach you InshaAllah, it shall. Who knows, you may want to talk to aunty after all! I told aunty there are three possibilities: i) you may never come across this message. (ii) you may read me but ignore me or assume I am making it up (iii) you may want to get in touch with aunty. I don’t have to be in the picture. I know you have resources to locate aunty and directly reach her if you want to. Its entirely upto you. I can’t share my phone number or email. I can’t even verify you. I also don’t want to take credit. Neither are these necessary. Aunty said, if at all you may reach out to her, she could talk to you over phone or you could visit her. She wouldn’t want publicity or have her photos splashed in media. They are very quiet and decent middle class people, living a peaceful retired life. They don’t want any attention to themselves. Yet, because aunty holds so much respect and admiration and love and affection for your grandfather, she would definitely talk to you if you get in touch.
Omg I don;t even know whether you will come across this post. Anyway, my job is over now. You will have to figure out how to go about this. Or you can read this and forget it. Its okay. Perfectly understandable given your busy schedule and star status. Everyone vies for your time. You have your priorities. Aunty said if you ever visit her, what would I do. I said, I could fly to Mangalore from Chennai too – to see HER not you!
These are authentic, genuine, warm people. I am sure you can verify them. Aunty is not keeping good health so she cannot travel. Uncle is also aged. If you ever get to talk to aunty, it shall make me happy. Make us happy. If you don’t, we lose nothing. Thank you.
